Steak with orange and black pepper salad
Overview
A friend bought some raw steak online and brought us a few packs. My family rarely cooks Western food such as steak. It feels a bit too monotonous to fry it directly. I accidentally saw Kewpie Salad Dressing, and my eyes suddenly lit up. How about a creative salad with black pepper steak? There are many ways to taste steak, and the ingredients are also very particular. Steaks are also divided into medium-rare, medium-rare, or well-done. Considering that this is a chilled steak, it cannot be cooked too rare. It must be at least medium- or eighty-rare before it can be eaten, so I fried it for a while. It tasted just right, neither old nor tender. When dipped in salad dressing and black pepper juice, it was so delicious~~~~ I arranged the dishes very casually, as long as I felt good about it. The weather is cold now, so I didn’t dare to take pictures after setting it up (you have to eat it while it’s hot) and then started eating. It doesn’t matter how beautiful the presentation is. The last word is that the food tastes good
