Prepare a large sweet potato, wash and peel it

Cut into hob pieces, or as you like. Heat oil in a pan while cutting into pieces

After the oil is hot, add the cut sweet potato cubes and stir properly to heat evenly

Fry until golden brown, remove and drain

Let the hot oil come out completely, turn on low heat and add a tablespoon of sugar

When the sugar melts and bubbles form, add the fried sweet potatoes. I took this photo a little early, as I was afraid that I would be in a hurry when there were lots of bubbles

Stir quickly to coat evenly with sugar juice
