  4. Pour in the blanched pig's trotters. Fry the meat side down until golden brown. Add star anise cooking wine and light soy sauce and mix evenly. Add the soybeans and add water to cover the pig's trotters

  5. Simmer the above steps for one hour or use a pressure cooker for 20 minutes, then put it in a wok over high heat to dry out the water, add salt and mix thoroughly.
