Wash the dried kelp shreds with clean water and soak them for 20 minutes

Remove and cut into pieces, then boil in boiling water for 2 minutes (do not cook for too long, as it will harden and affect the taste)

Saute onions, ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, and dried chili peppers in a wok
