Black rice and brown sugar cake
Overview
In order to make black rice cakes, I deliberately soaked and steamed some more black rice, because steamed black rice can be made in many ways. This time, I also used it to make cakes, but the method and taste are completely different from the cakes. Black rice and brown sugar both have the effect of replenishing qi and blood. This cake is especially recommended to female friends.

Add appropriate amount of flour and appropriate amount of yeast and appropriate amount of water to knead into a smooth dough and ferment until it is more than doubled in size.

Prepare steamed and cooled black rice and brown sugar.

Mix black rice and brown sugar.

Knead the fermented dough evenly again and deflate it into a long strip.

Cut into small pieces.

Use your hands to press a round shape that is thick in the middle and thin on the outside, and add an appropriate amount of black rice filling.

After closing, place the closure downward.

Gently flatten it with your hands and let it rest for about ten minutes.

Brush the pan with thin oil, preheat and add black rice cakes.

Fry until both sides of the cake are crusty and turn off the heat. (I opened the lid a little late)
