Mashed Potato Baby Dolphin
Overview
My baby is learning to draw. One day I saw her painting with the drawing stencil that comes as a gift when she buys a paintbrush. I think this is not good. I think painting at her age is nothing more than developing her imagination and letting her paint whatever she wants. As a result, my idea triggered a heated discussion in the circle of friends. A good friend opposed my point of view. And collected a bunch of food molds for me to refuel my creative breakfast. Haha, actually my baby and I have made an appointment. She can draw freely but without using molds. When I cook, I only use a knife and no moulds. But I am still very grateful to my friends for receiving these molds, and I repay their kindness by making a meal.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel, wash and slice the potatoes and set aside.
-
When making mashed potatoes, I steam them over water to quickly cook them into slices.
-
It takes time to steam the potatoes. At this time, chop the pork into fine cubes and set aside for toppings.
-
Put the steamed potatoes into a food bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into mashed potatoes.
-
Before filling the mold with mashed potatoes, rub some food oil on the inner wall to prevent it from sticking to the wall.
-
Cut a green onion, stir-fry the minced meat, add seasonings, mainly soy sauce and five-spice powder to make toppings.
-
The mashed potatoes are packed into the mold and poured out. Make a small rice ball. Press out a few ham fish from the mold. Place some red fruits, grapes, and milk. Cut some scallions and add toppings. A great start to a meal.
