Casserole Fish Head Stewed with Tofu

Wash the fish head and cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.

Pour oil into the wok, sauté the aniseed, onions, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add the meat slices and stir-fry, then add the chopped tofu and stir-fry.

Pour the fried meat slices and tofu into the casserole, add the fish head, add water just enough to cover the fish head, add cooking wine and cumin.

Simmer over high heat for 20 minutes, then add salt, chicken essence, and balsamic vinegar and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle with coriander, pour a little sesame oil and serve.
