Stir-fried red cabbage with greens

This is the first harvest of red cabbage moss. It’s a bit small, but enough for one person😄

Wash the beetroot and peel the garlic cloves.

Cut the beetroot into sections, flatten and chop the garlic cloves.

Put oil in the pot and sauté the minced garlic over low heat.

Add beetroot and stir-fry over high heat until soft. Add salt and oyster sauce to taste and stir-fry evenly.

Remove from the pan.
