Sauerkraut Sausage
Overview
Like many people, I like to eat pig intestines, but because it is too difficult to wash, and I don’t like to order this dish in restaurants because it always has a smell, so every year I can only eat the delicious and smell-free pork intestines cooked by my mother when I go home. But today, my stomach was so weak that I missed this dish. I had no choice but to go to the market and buy pig intestines braised in a brine shop. Wanting to try it out, I also added some chili pepper and ginger, just to avoid the smell, but it turned out to be quite fragrant~ I satiated my craving~ haha

Fat sausage bought from the market

Wash and cut the sauerkraut and set aside

Sauté ginger, garlic and chili in a pot

First stir-fry the sauerkraut for a minute or two

Add the fat intestines and stir-fry together, then add seasonings

Add a little coriander to garnish and serve
