Strawberry cake

Overview

It's strawberry season, strawberries are fragrant and sweet. Because I usually make it for children during the holidays, I didn’t want to use too much whipping cream, so I didn’t slice the cake. If you like whipped cream, you can cut the cake into 2 or 3 slices, spread whipped cream and strawberries in the middle.

  1. Wash the strawberries and cut off the green stalks. Make 8-inch chiffon in advance.

  2. Cut strawberries into rosettes.

  3. Cut the bottom circle first.

  4. Then cut the second and third layers to form a rose.

  5. Slice strawberries and cut into rosettes.

  6. Add ice packs and water to a large basin.

  7. Add 10% sugar to the light cream and beat with ice water.

  8. Beat until texture becomes clear.

  9. Smooth out one part and put the other part into a piping bag.

  10. Arrange strawberry roses and slices for decoration, and decorate the rest with whipped cream.
