Ginger Juice and Brown Sugar Palace Warming Milk
Overview
Why do I have dysmenorrhea during those days? In traditional Chinese medicine, dysmenorrhea is believed to be caused by poor circulation of qi and blood in women's bodies during menstruation, and pain caused by deficiency of qi and blood. This is related to the fact that some female friends like to eat raw, cold and spicy foods. Since the discomfort is caused by poor qi and blood, it is natural to use foods that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis to relieve it. Milk is rich in nutrients and has the effect of sedating and calming the nerves; ginger, warm in nature, has the effects of relieving the surface and dispersing cold, warming and stopping vomiting; cinnamon, replenishing fire and supporting yang, dispersing cold and relieving pain, and warming the meridians; brown sugar, mainly has the functions of replenishing qi and blood, strengthening the spleen and warming the stomach, relieving pain, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. These ingredients have one thing in common: they are warm and have the main functions of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, dispelling cold and supporting yang. Although medicinal supplements are not as good as dietary supplements, dietary therapy cannot be equated with treatment. If the symptoms of dysmenorrhea are severe, you still need to go to the hospital and ask a professional doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

Steps
-
The ingredients are all ready. This piece of ginger has 60 grams. Not all of it has been used, only about 40 grams.
-
Pour the milk into the health pot.
-
Add brown sugar and mix well.
-
Grind the ginger with a grater to get the juice. If you don’t have a grater, you can slice or shred the ginger and cook it directly. There are many small protrusions on the surface of the grinder, which are distributed around the round holes. Please see the video for details (the video is posted on my official account "Meiji").
-
Squeeze out the ginger juice.
-
Heat the brown sugar milk and stir while boiling to avoid burning the pot. When the milk is almost boiling, add about 15 grams of ginger juice, stir evenly and remove from the heat.
-
Pour ginger juice, brown sugar and milk into your favorite cup and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
-
Drink it while it's hot for better results. Ginger juice will combine with the ingredients in milk and produce a bitter taste over time.
