Steamed scallops with vermicelli

Wash 3 scallops and remove the internal organs

Peel and mash the garlic and stir-fry it in a sesame oil pan until fragrant. Add a little steamed fish soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and salt, stir well and set aside.
