Steps
-
Prepare the mung beans and decide the quantity yourself
-
Put the mung beans into a container and wash them (I chose a basin). I washed them three or four times. Anyway, the cleaner the better, I tried to pick out the bad mung beans.
-
Soak the washed mung beans in a container of cold water for half an hour (as long as you can). The soaked mung beans will have a refreshing fragrance, and the water will also be green.
-
Finally, put the mung beans into the pressure cooker and add cold water (preferably water from a water tank). The water should be about two or three centimeters higher than the mung beans! If you like your drink sweeter, you can add some sugar to the cold water.
-
Boil over high heat. It takes about a few minutes to wait until the water boils. But when the water boils, rock sugar will be released (the amount depends on your taste)
