Overview

The Lantern Festival is coming soon, and I want to make glutinous rice balls by myself, but the sugar sold outside is too high, and it tastes too greasy. I happen to be making rice wine and want to make glutinous rice balls made with rice wine. I want to make some colorful ones and eat them to satisfy my appetite. Each color is taken from the natural color of the ingredients, which is of course safer to eat than the purchased ones.

  1. Squeeze the juice of cucumbers and carrots separately, peel the pumpkin and steam it, then put it into a food processor and puree it. The hand-pressed dough is uneven and there are impurities in the dough.
