Nutritious soup - kidney bean, pork tendon and pork ribs soup
Overview
It finally feels like summer is here, but May Day in Guangzhou is as cool as autumn, and the weather forecast says there will be heavy rainfall during the holiday. Okay, the perfect travel plan has been abandoned! Going a step further, today’s soup is the most frequently photographed soup in my family. All the sweetness is the taste of natural ingredients such as pork and figs. The kidney beans inside are particularly delicious after being simmered in soup, melting in your mouth. Some Chinese yam is also added to stew it together. It's very sweet and delicious.
