Overview

Xinmei radish has a beautiful color and a crisp and sweet taste, so the dishes made with it not only taste good, but also have a beautiful appearance after being placed on the plate. Today I used it to put it on the plate a little bit, and it was very different looking at it and not putting it on the plate. But using white radish gives this effect.

  1. For Xinmei radish, slightly scrape off a thin layer of skin, leaving some skin on top, then cut in half

  3. Put the radish slices into a plate, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 10 minutes to remove the bitter taste
