Salad Xinxinmei radish
Overview
Xinmei radish has a beautiful color and a crisp and sweet taste, so the dishes made with it not only taste good, but also have a beautiful appearance after being placed on the plate. Today I used it to put it on the plate a little bit, and it was very different looking at it and not putting it on the plate. But using white radish gives this effect.

For Xinmei radish, slightly scrape off a thin layer of skin, leaving some skin on top, then cut in half

Then cut into thin slices

Put the radish slices into a plate, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 10 minutes to remove the bitter taste

Take the pickled radish slices into a basin without any juice

Then add white sugar and white vinegar, and add a few drops of sesame oil

Stir thoroughly and marinate for about 10 minutes, then place on a plate to shape
