Crispy flower beans
Overview
When I saw flowering beans like this at a stall selling dried fruits in the vegetable market, my young master wanted to buy some to eat. I said they were not clean. Who knew what kind of gutter oil was used? I said I would make them for you later. I quickly bought dried broad beans, soaked them, cut them, and fried them. It’s done, little master, try it, hey! It’s really crispy and fragrant! A very nice little snack! Using Jiusan brand non-GMO corn oil, the flowering beans are fried in healthy and safe oil.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the dried broad beans thoroughly (I soaked them for a day and night);
-
Look at the comparison between the soaked and dried ones, the soaked ones have swelled a lot;
-
Make a slit in the mouth of the soaked broad bean, and make the mouth half as deep as the broad bean;
-
Use kitchen paper to dry the surface of the scored broad beans;
-
Pour "Jiusan" brand non-GMO corn oil into the wok. The oil temperature is 50% to 60% hot. Pour in the broad beans and start frying. During this period, keep the fire on medium and small until the bean paste is colored and take it out;
-
Put a piece of kitchen paper in the container (to absorb oil), pour the fried flower beans, sprinkle with salt and mix well, let it cool and it will become crispy.
