Wash the purchased raw pig's trotters and chop them into small pieces. Blanch until dry. Put oil in the wok, add appropriate amount of sugar over low heat, add blanched pig trotters after the sugar bubbles. Add a little dark soy sauce to the stir-fry for coloring (I didn’t bother to take pictures of the raw pig’s trotters)

Simmer over low heat until cooked (about thirty to forty minutes) and add salt to taste. Boil the soup over medium heat, add chicken essence and chopped green onion. Call it a day
