I have loved eating these cookies since I was a child, so I made them myself and they were quite delicious.

First, take 3 eggs and separate them with an egg white separator. Only the yolks are needed, beat them in a water-free and oil-free container, and beat them with a whisk.

Add 10 grams of white sugar.

Use a whisk to beat the egg yolks until they become thick.

Sift in the cake flour and mix well.

Place in a piping bag.

Squeeze evenly into the baking pan, preheat the oven to 150°C for the upper and lower sides. After preheating, put it in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
