Pork trotters blanched in cold water

Prepare the accessories

Heat half the oil, dissolve the rock sugar, and stir-fry the dried pig's trotters evenly

Add the prepared auxiliary ingredients and soybean paste, cooking wine, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry until browned

Add 3/4 hot water and simmer for 50 minutes, then reduce to high heat

It tastes great when it comes out of the pan (the first time I made it was a success)
