Copper coin pizza
Overview
It’s still crispy crust pizza, but with a square hole in the middle, a bit like ancient copper coins!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put about 70 grams of warm water and 1 gram of yeast into a bread bucket and mix
-
After adding flour, start the dough mixing process
-
Make the dough and add some olive oil for basic fermentation. The bread machine fermentation program I used just covered the bucket with a wet cloth
-
Deflate the dough after fermentation is complete
-
Roll out the dough into the size of a baking pan
-
Put the dough into the baking pan, make the edges of the cake, and use a knife to score a big "ten" in the middle
-
Prepare the ingredients, put the bacon and mixed vegetables into the oil pan and fry
-
Cut ham into sections, cut green peppers and set aside
-
Spread homemade pizza sauce, prick some holes with a fork, and wrap sausages in the middle of the dough to form square holes
-
Sprinkle cheese evenly
-
Sprinkle mixed vegetables, bacon and green pepper evenly
-
Sprinkle cheese evenly again
-
Put it in the oven and bake at 250 degrees Celsius and 210 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes
