Dried radish, oyster, chestnut and lean meat soup
Overview
The temperature in the south is generally high in autumn. The combination of dried radish and oysters has a strong effect of nourishing yin and removing fire; chestnuts nourish qi and strengthen the kidneys, which can neutralize the cold and damp nature of dried radish, making it suitable for all ages. This soup nourishes yin and lowers fire, nourishes yin and moisturizes dryness.

Have materials ready.

Soak the oysters in water until soft and wash.

Wash the dried radish, soak it for half an hour and cut into sections.

Cut the lean meat into pieces and blanch them in water.

Chestnuts are well peeled by boiling them for a few minutes.

Add 1500ml of water to the pot, add lean meat, oysters, dried radish and ginger slices and cook for half an hour.
