  1. Take a pot, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, boil it into sugar water, let it cool and set aside.

  2. Wash the radish and cut into three sections.

  3. Slice the radish and keep the skin. It tastes crisper than the radish flesh.

  4. Take another one, add water and bring to a boil, turn off the heat, blanch the radish in the boiling water for a few minutes, drain and set aside.

  5. Pour the cooled sugar water into a glass container, add blanched radish, chilli padi, and rice vinegar, stir, cover, and put in the refrigerator. You can eat it within two days.
