Cranberry Sweet Cookies
Overview
The very popular 🔥 cranberry cookies 🍪. The first time I tried it, my best friend bought it for me, and I fell in love with the taste. Although many people are doing it and it is very simple, I still followed it and made a tutorial that is more detailed for your reference (ᵒ̤̑₀̑ᵒ̤̑)

Steps

First let’s look at the materials I chose.
-
Choose the amount as shown in the picture. There are labels in the pictures here, so you don’t need to look up
-
First: soften the butter first (you can also choose to take out the butter in advance and soften it naturally)
-
Add sugar and stir evenly, no need to whip! (Personally, I think there is not much difference between powdered sugar and sugar, so you can use sugar if you don’t have powdered sugar)
-
Add egg liquid and mix well. (Let me tell you here, you can actually add this egg according to your own preferences. If you want it to be thicker, add all of it. If you don’t like it too thick, you can just add a spoonful. If you don’t like it too yellow, you can also add the whole egg liquid.) If you make a lot of this thing, naturally you don’t have to be like others
-
Chop the dried cranberries, pour into a bowl and mix well
-
Sift in the flour and mix evenly (the dough may be dry or thin here, depending on the amount of egg liquid. I personally like it thicker, so the dough will be softer. If you don't like it, please follow the above steps and add a spoonful of egg liquid)
-
Knead into dough. (If it is egg liquid, it will be yellowish, and if it is whole egg liquid, it will be white)
-
It can be shaped into a rectangle by hand or using a mold. (You have to freeze it for an hour afterwards)
-
Cut the frozen rectangular dough into slices. (Here I feel it’s enough to cut it almost evenly, because I didn’t use a ruler to measure it)
-
After cutting, place into the preheated baking pan; 165 degrees, middle layer, for 20 minutes, until the surface is slightly golden. (If the ratio of ingredients is different, there is no problem with this temperature. As long as you pay more attention during the baking process to avoid burning it, it will be OK)
