Boiled fish
Overview
It is a very simple and easy-to-make dish. Excluding the time of washing and selecting vegetables, it only takes ten minutes at most.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Longli fish fillets sold in supermarkets, thawed
-
Cut into thin slices and set aside
-
Wash the soybean sprouts and wait for them to be blanched (the picture was not taken after blanching. After blanching, drain the water and put it in a basin)
-
Wash the lettuce and cut it into sections about five centimeters long, then blanch them (I didn’t take any pictures after blanching, just drain the water and mark it on the bean sprouts)
-
Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside
-
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok, add 2 tablespoons of Pixian bean paste, stir-fry until the red oil comes out, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, then add the fish fillets and keep boiling for 2 minutes.
-
Pour the fish fillet and soup into the basin with the bean sprouts and lettuce
-
Sprinkle chopped onion, ginger and garlic on top (if you like it spicier, add an appropriate amount of chili powder)
-
Add vegetable oil to the wok and heat until smoke comes out. Turn off the heat, pour hot oil over the chopped onion, ginger and garlic, sizzle... Serve!
