Roasted Sesame Glutinous Rice and Sweet Potato Sticks

I bought two sweet potatoes and originally planned to bake them in the oven, but the instructions said it would take more than an hour to bake the sweet potatoes. Oh my god, it took too long, so I gave up decisively. What should I do with the two sweet potatoes? So I thought of sweet potato cakes. This sweet potato stick is actually a variation of sweet potato cake. I originally wanted to save time, but in fact the whole set must have taken more than an hour.   1. Buy two lovely sweet potatoes and wash them.

  2. Peel off the skin.

  3. Cut into thin slices and steamed.

  4. After steaming, press it into puree with a spoon.

  5. Add glutinous rice flour.

  6. Add sugar.

  7. Knead into a dough.

  8. Divide into 10 equal parts.

  9. Shape each portion into a long strip, as large as possible.

  10. Dip in sesame seeds, remember to press slightly with your hands to prevent sesame seeds from falling off when roasting.

  11. Arrange on baking sheet.

  12. Preheat the aca oven to 160 degrees with upper and lower heat, place it on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes.

  13. Once baked, take it out carefully and eat it while it's hot. It's very soft and glutinous.
