Garlic Snow Peas
Overview
Crisp and refreshing vegetables. The key is that you don’t need to eat the onions and garlic inside, but you can taste the aroma of onions and garlic.

Wash the snow peas and mince the onions and garlic. Blanch the snow peas and remove.

After the wok is hot, add an appropriate amount of oil and stir-fry the onion and garlic until fragrant. (Usually my mother will add starch to thicken the gravy when cooking, but the fried onions and garlic will stick to the vegetables, making it difficult to choose. You can be more arbitrary when cooking by yourself!)

Add the blanched snow peas, salt, and stir-fry evenly.

Serve on a plate and drizzle some seafood soy sauce. DUANG~DUANG~
