Overview

Margherita biscuits are an introductory course for every baking enthusiast. Almost everyone has made them. I am the first to make them in the three years since I entered the industry. I am either lazy or I think it is simple. After practice, it turns out that it is not the case. It seems like a simple margarita biscuit, but if you want to make it well, with uniform color and beautiful cracks, it really takes a lot of effort!

  1. Boil the eggs until they are yellow, weigh the other ingredients, and knead the butter into small pieces directly with your hands

  2. Boil 1 egg in cold water, peel the shell, take out the yolk, and press it into powder with a filter

  10. Shape the dough into a long strip and divide it into small sections
