Prepare raw materials.

Peel the pumpkin and cut into thick strips.

Heat oil in wok.

Put the shredded pork and ginger into the oil pan and stir-fry.

Add a spoonful of cooking wine.

Stir-fry until the shredded meat changes color, add the peas to the pot and stir-fry together.

Stir-fry for a while, add pumpkin strips into the pot and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for a while.

When the pumpkin and peas are cooked until soft, add appropriate amount of salt to taste. (Because my family doesn’t eat MSG, chicken essence and other seasonings, I didn’t add them)
