Ingredients
Steps
-
The original recipe used shredded dried onions, which I couldn’t buy, so I used minced chives, which I bought at Metro.
-
Mix dry yeast with warm water and set aside
-
Mix the remaining ingredients evenly
-
Add yeast water and knead into a ball. Ferment at room temperature for 30 minutes.
-
Roll the dough into a 0.5 cm thick sheet and cut into 8 cm long and 1.5 cm wide strips.
-
Shape into strips and ferment at room temperature for another 10 minutes.
-
In the middle rack of the oven, set the upper heat to 190 degrees and the lower heat to 120 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes.
-
Still very fragrant.
