Weigh all the ingredients

Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and put it in a container to soften in the greenhouse

Put powdered sugar into butter

Beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until the butter and sugar are evenly combined and puffy and pale

Wear disposable gloves and crush the egg yolk

Sift all the flour into the butter

Add the egg yolk powder and mix well with your hands to form a dough

Put it into a plastic bag and place it in the refrigerator to rest for 1 hour

Spread baking paper on a baking sheet, take out the dough, divide it evenly into 18-20 small balls, and arrange them evenly on the baking sheet, leaving a 2-3 cm gap between each one

Use your thumb to press down on the center of the small ball to flatten it, and the four sides will naturally split into flower shapes

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven, and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes
