Fried crispy pork
Overview
My family's cooking is basically light, and I rarely cook fried food, only occasionally. Today I used fried powder to fry the meat. It tasted quite crispy after being fried.

Prepare a piece of lean pork

Marinate the lean meat slices with a little salt, wine and vinegar for 2 hours

Put the fried powder into a bowl and coat both sides of each piece of meat with the fried powder

After all is dipped, let it sit for a few minutes

Pour enough oil into the pot, heat it up, put the meat slices in and fry

After setting, flip and fry until the meat slices are golden brown
