Bacon Potato Pancakes
Overview
My whole family is a potato lover, and I like potatoes no matter how they are cooked. I also like to use mashed potatoes to make various snacks. Sprinkle a layer of bread crumbs on the outside and fry them in an air fryer without oil. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside when they are hot. It is especially delicious.

Peel and slice potatoes, steam and press into puree

Cut the bacon into small pieces and cook the peas and corn kernels

Put a little oil in the pan and fry the bacon

Add peas and corn and fry until dry

Turn off the heat, add mashed potatoes, salt and pepper and mix well

Take a ball of mashed potatoes and press it into a ball first, then flatten it

Coat both sides with bread crumbs

Place in the frying basket and cook at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

Flip for another 5 minutes, until both sides are golden
