Prepare the ingredients: 250ml pure milk, 50ml yogurt (a small bottle of yogurt is about 90ml)
-
Clean the cooking pot, cups, and rice cooker
-
Pour the milk into the pot and bring to a boil over low heat. Pour in the yogurt. Stir the two milks to combine. Pour in two tablespoons of sugar and stir together. (Just boil it, no need to boil it)
-
Pour the boiled milk into the cup, seal the top of the cup with plastic wrap (you can also use a container with a lid), and then put the cup into the rice cooker (or pressure cooker, etc., where there is a sealed space)
-
Boil 40℃ water (the amount of water should ensure that when the water is poured into the rice cooker, it can reach half the height of the cup), and then pour the water into the rice cooker
-
Cover the lid of the rice cooker and let the milk ferment for eight hours, and it will turn into yogurt (be careful not to move the rice cooker during this process)

It tastes very good😊
