White jelly, milk and papaya jelly

A simple, beautiful and delicious little dessert - milk papaya jelly, Yanke is no less good. It is better to eat in summer, ice cold, sweet and refreshing ^_^

  1. Prepare the materials (I forgot to take a picture of the water -_-#) Dear friends, remember when you make it, hehe

  2. Wash the papaya, and cut it horizontally about 5cm from the pedicle to reveal the inside. Don’t leave the pedicle cut out, save it for later use

  3. Then use a spoon to clean out the papaya seeds inside

  4. Use half a bowl of water, which is about 300ml, to mix the white jelly

  5. Pour the remaining 500ml into the pot and cook

  6. Then add sugar. I like to cook it with white sugar and rock sugar for a sweeter taste

  7. When the sugar is almost dissolved, slowly pour in the mixed white jelly paste, stir quickly with a spoon

  8. When it is almost boiling, pour in 500ml of milk and wait for it to boil. After boiling, cook for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the heat (remember to use low heat when boiling milk to avoid overflowing

  9. Let the cooked milk jelly cool down

  10. Then pour it into the prepared papaya

  11. After it cools down, cover it with the papaya stem and fix it with a toothpick, then put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate

  12. Take it out and cut it after two hours and you can eat it^_^

  14. After making the papaya jelly, there was still a lot of milk left and I made other desserts. This one is milk sago cake, so you can use the mold to make pudding and use it as you like ^_^
