Soften butter, add sugar and salt and beat until light in color and puffy.

Press and sift the egg yolks and add.

Sift in the flour and add.

Knead the dough gently and evenly, just hold it gently, don't use too much force. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Take out and divide the dough evenly into 20 small pieces. The dough should be evenly distributed for good coloring.

Press lightly with your thumb.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and wait for 12 minutes on top. It will be OK if the edges are slightly brown.
