Four-color pudding cups

Overview

It’s the first time I’ve made this kind of pudding. Although it doesn’t look that good, it’s the fruit of several hours of work. I feel like there is too little stone pollen in the milk and the solidification is not very good. I am quite satisfied with the top two layers. This pudding is actually very simple and can be made easily even with zero cooking skills. It's just more time consuming. You need to wait for one layer of pudding liquid to completely solidify before slowly pouring in another color of pudding liquid, otherwise the colors will be mixed. This is not a hurry, so all we have to do is wait. . .

5. 5 Pour into the cup containing milk pudding liquid until solidified

   

6. 6 Pour 150 ml of water into a milk pot, add appropriate amount of matcha powder, stone pollen powder and white sugar, stir evenly and heat until boiling and turn off the heat

   

7. 7 Pour into the cup containing the two pudding liquids until solidified

   

8. 8 Take 150 ml of water and pour it into a milk pot. Add an appropriate amount of cocoa powder, stone pollen and sugar. Stir evenly and heat until boiling. Turn off the heat

   

9. 9 Pour into a cup filled with three kinds of pudding liquid until it solidifies and put it in the refrigerator for a better taste
