Spicy Rings with Sauce Sauce
Overview
For office workers, cooking is a time-consuming task, but this side dish is very quick to prepare and goes well with meals, making it especially popular among people who dislike spicy food. It is also an indispensable dish in my family’s daily dishes.

-
Clean the peppers and set aside. Be sure to use spicy peppers.
-
Use more garlic, peel it in advance and set aside.
-
Cut peppers into rings and set aside.
-
Chop the garlic into small pieces and add directly to the prepared pepper rings. Set aside.
-
When the oil in the pan is 100% hot, stir in the chili pepper rings, stir-fry evenly, then add pepper powder, ginger powder, and salt in order (because light soy sauce is added, the salt is optional, depending on personal taste.) One tablespoon of light soy sauce. Stir-fry again evenly, add chicken essence and it is ready to serve. It only takes three minutes from the time the vegetables are put into the pot to the time it is taken out of the pot.

When it comes out of the pan, it is full of garlic, soy sauce and spiciness. It can be served with rice, steamed buns and pancakes, and it is all done in one dish. Absolutely a blast to eat.
