Delicious - Garlic Shrimp
Overview
My daughter really likes shrimp, so we make shrimp once a week. This Saturday I took my daughter to the nearby Yonghui Supermarket and found that the supermarket had been renovated. There was a large tank containing live shrimps in the seafood section. A group of people gathered around to catch the shrimps with their hands. It was easy to catch the shrimps accidentally. Haha, quite interesting. My daughter and I also joined in the fun and caught a bunch of shrimps and took them home.

Cut open the back of the shrimp, remove the intestines and puree, wash and set aside.

Chop the garlic and set aside.

Heat oil in a hot pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry until lightly charred, add shrimps, stir-fry until shrimp skins are slightly charred and crispy.
