Stir-fried cauliflower with pepper
Overview
1. Break the cauliflower into small florets, blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes, take them out and immerse them in cold water and set aside. 2. Chop onions, garlic and peppers and set aside. 3. Heat the pot, add oil, make the oil red, set aside the peppercorns, and take them out when the peppercorns turn black. 4. Put the chili pepper into the pot, sauté the cauliflower until fragrant, add a little salt, chicken essence, and MSG, and stir-fry for three minutes.
