Add the dough ingredients except butter and chocolate beans to the bread machine and knead.

Knead the dough until it is smooth, add softened butter and knead on low speed until the butter is absorbed.

After kneading the dough until it has good stretchability, add chocolate beans and basically knead it.

After the dough is kneaded properly and evenly, place the round shape with the seam facing up. Place in a large bowl sifted with flour.

Turn on the fermentation mode of the tender oven, select a temperature of 38 degrees and a humidity of 80% to preheat, and put the dough in. Ferment until doubled in size.

Place the fermented dough upside down on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, and use a sharp knife to make cross cuts about 1cm deep.

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees in advance, put the baking sheet in the middle, steam quickly for 2 minutes, and bake for 20 minutes. After the bread is baked, place it on a wire rack to cool. The chocolate aroma is very rich. Crispy surface, tough internal structure, very delicious~
