Every year, my father brings back a lot of walnuts from Xinjiang. I really can’t eat them anymore. I have learned a new way to grow walnuts and I have slightly improved them. I want to share them with you~

Wrapped walnut kernels

Soak in warm water for half an hour, changing the water once in the middle

Put water in the pot, cover the walnuts, add half a spoonful of salt and 6 tablespoons of sugar (add sugar according to the number of walnuts, I used 30 walnuts) and cook over medium-low heat until thickened, take out and let cool

Fry white sesame seeds until cooked and set aside

Put the cooled walnut kernels into the pot with cold oil

Slowly fry over low heat until maroon red, and there is a clanking sound when placed on a colander
