The original peach gum has a lot of impurities. I soaked it for almost 20 hours and cleaned it for a long time. Because I am afraid of spoilage due to the high temperature, I put it in the refrigerator to soak.

For the red date and wolfberry tea I bought before, it is very convenient to just boil the peach gum and put it in a pack.

The rock sugar is placed according to personal preference. I put it according to my feeling every time.

It was simmered for four and a half hours using the dessert function of the X Bear Stew Pot. The peach gum expanded so much that 16 peach gums filled a pot.
