Stewed cabbage with minced meat
Overview
The old man went home for dinner last night, so we, mother and daughter, only cooked one dish, both meat and vegetable, which we like. The old man doesn’t like cabbage because he thinks it’s too moist 😂

Wash the cabbage and enoki mushrooms. If the cabbage is large, you can break it in half. It tastes better when folded, so I generally don’t cut cabbage.

Prepare some ginger.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger.

After turning off the heat, pour in the minced meat and spread it out.

Turn on low heat and stir-fry the minced pork.

Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and stir-fry.

Add soup or water and bring to a boil. I cooked bone radish soup and didn’t drink it, so I added soup. If there was no soup, I added water

Pour in the cabbage and enoki mushrooms.

Add some salt and press down the cabbage and enoki mushrooms. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat.

Just simmer until it feels right. I prefer the cabbage to be soft and mushy.
