I was just doing it for her fun!

  1. Wash the fruit, cut into small pieces and put into suitable containers.

  2. Add appropriate amount of sugar and glutinous rice flour

  3. Utilize the moisture of the fruit itself and fully mix it with the glutinous rice flour to form a dough with the right humidity, which should not dry out or stick to your hands. You can add glutinous rice flour at any time during this process. If it is too dry, add an appropriate amount of milk.

  4. Grab a small piece and gently roll it into a ball shape in the palm of your hands. Because it is solid, it is recommended to make it smaller.

  5. To avoid sticking together, sprinkle some glutinous rice flour.

  6. Pour boiling water into the pot and cook until all the glutinous rice balls float. According to custom, you can add rice wine, red dates, wolfberry, white fungus, fruits, etc. to turn it into a bowl of glutinous rice balls with richer content.

  7. It's done. Come and taste it. It's sour and sweet. Glutinous rice flour is not easy to digest, so it is not recommended for children to eat too much!
