Braised Pork Belly with Bamboo Shoots

Overview

Purely natural dried bamboo shoots, a gift from relatives, very rare and delicious. Dried bamboo shoots are very fragrant and chewy. The pork belly is steamed until it is fragrant and soft. The dried bamboo shoots absorb the oily juice and meaty aroma of the pork belly, making the pork belly less greasy, and also add the meaty aroma to the dried bamboo shoots. It can be paired with meat and vegetables and complement each other. It can be made as a great dish during every year and festival.
