Stir-fried king oyster mushrooms with garlic
Overview
The tea tree mushrooms stir-fried with oil in a certain star hotel made me fondly remember it. The smell is still lingering in my mind. . . . . . After thinking about it, it was not difficult to do it, so I came up with the idea of tinkering with it myself. If I didn’t have tea tree mushrooms at home, I would use king oyster mushrooms instead~! Moreover, the method is healthier, it is not fried, and it tastes more secure, hehe~!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the king oyster mushrooms, wipe dry and set aside;
-
Cut off the top of the king oyster mushroom, mainly to make the color look better. Don’t throw away the cut king oyster mushroom. You can fry it with other vegetables. You don’t need to cut it off to eat it at home;
-
Tear the king oyster mushrooms into thin shreds. The thinner, the better the taste. Don’t cut with a knife. It tastes better when you tear them by hand. Two king oyster mushrooms will tear up two large plates;

Cut the dried chili into thin strips, remove the garlic and cut into strips vertically;
-
Put the pot on the fire, heat it up, pour in the salad oil and heat it up, then pour the shredded king oyster mushrooms into the pot and stir-fry over medium heat;
-
Stir-fry the shredded king oyster mushrooms until the color is slightly brown, remove and set aside;
-
Use the remaining oil in the pot to stir-fry shredded dried chili peppers and shredded garlic;
-
Add shredded king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry;
-
Add salt and chicken essence, stir-fry evenly; turn off the heat and remove from the pot.
