Overview

But in order to make the ice cream thicker, I reduced the amount of water. The ratio between the two is less than 1:7, which is the advantage of using milk powder.   1. Ingredients: 30g milk powder, 200ml purified water, 2 egg yolks, 20g condensed milk, 20g sugar, 1 piece of chocolate.
