Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pork belly, slice it into slices, add an appropriate amount of sweet and spicy sauce, and mix evenly.
-
Add the Shacha sauce, continue to mix evenly, and marinate slightly. Usually 27 is to pickle the food to be pickled first, and then make other dishes. After making other dishes, this dish is almost ready for pickling, hehe~~
-
During this period, cook the corn kernels and drain the water; wash the garlic sprouts, cut them into small pieces, and set aside.
-
Pour oil into the hot pan. When the oil is half cooked, pour in the marinated pork belly.
-
After the pork belly is almost hot and the meat slices are rolled up, it's almost ready. At this time, add the corn kernels and stir-fry the garlic sprouts evenly.
-
After the aroma becomes more intense, add garlic leaves, stir-fry twice and serve~
-
There is no need to add salt, MSG, etc., the salt taste is enough. Add the sweet and spicy sauce according to your own taste, because 27 prefers a sweeter taste, so add more. If you don’t like the taste of sand tea sauce, you can replace it with something that consumes oil.

Okay~ The quick, simple and delicious fried corn pork with honey and salt is ready~~ I wish you all a good appetite~ See you next time~~
