Homemade copycat white glutinous rice cake
Overview
I ate my husband's grandma's white glutinous rice cake a few years ago and missed the taste so much. I have been thinking about how to make it these past few days to satisfy my craving. Although I don't have the tools to make it, it's not that authentic, but my husband also said it tastes a bit like that and is delicious.
